When refined to 7, delay after skills additionally decreased by 1%. When refined to 9, delay after skills additionally decreased by 1%. When worn together with Reload (Whoes, Shield, Armor) Shadowdelay after skills additionally decreased by 1%. When sum of Refine is higher than 25, delay after skill decreased by 5%.
