Jika terdapat efek peningkatan kecepatan lain seperti Increase AGI, maka efek peningkatan kecepatan tidak akan diterapkan.
Jika terkena Quagmire atau efek penurunan kecepatan lainnya, efek peningkatan kecepatan akan hilang.
