if the sum of refine rate is 18 or higher, ignores magical defense of all race monsters (except players) by 50%.

When equipped with Spell Master Shadow Shoes and Master Shadow Shield, increases magical damage against all size enemies by 5%, S.Matk + 2,
if the sum of refine rate is 27 or higher, ignores magical resistance of all race monsters (except players) by 10%.
